Scripting language and native-code boundaries

Documentation targets the installed C# SDK 1.0.0 rather than unverified third-party bindings.

For a gameplay project

These guides and executable examples use C#, Reckfell.NET.Sdk 1.0.0 and net10.0. Use a suitable .NET SDK, build successfully and keep attachable class names aligned with their .cs filenames.

Native engine C++ and an external extension are different boundaries: an extension needs a separately verified SDK/ABI, version and target-platform support. C++ source availability does not make a C++ file attachable as a C# script.

Before choosing a third-party binding

Verify Reckfell 1.0.0 specifically: compilation, type registration, Entity API, resource formats, lifetime management, export and platforms. Do not turn another project's binding list into a list of supported engine features.

This website using Go in its backend does not imply Go scripting in the editor. Connecting an external tool through MCP does not provide a gameplay language runtime either.
