CubemapArray
Multiple cube maps in one resource, six faces per map.
Create CubemapArray through CreateFromImages using a positive multiple of six square Images. Every face of every map must have matching dimensions, format and mipmap configuration. Supply six faces of the first cube, then six of the second, and so on.
GetLayers returns face count: 12 means two maps. GetLayerData and UpdateLayer use 6 × cube index + face index. For example, 7 is the second face of the second cube with zero-based indexing. In the supported Vulkan path, each group uses Cubemap face order: +X, −X, +Y, −Y, +Z, −Z.
Twelve faces, updating index 7 without changing index 1, placeholders and independent reload were checked. Shader samplerCubeArray sampling, all imported-sheet layouts and other backends were not checked in this run. One resource does not promise a particular performance gain.

Constructors1
CubemapArrayConstructor
public CubemapArray();Creates an empty CubemapArray without uploaded images. Initialize through CreateFromImages; a valid placeholder RID does not prove data exists.
Methods1
CreatePlaceholderResource
public Resource CreatePlaceholder();Creates a separate PlaceholderCubemapArray with current dimensions and layer/face count. Source pixels are not copied.
ResourceResource whose concrete type is PlaceholderCubemapArray.
