VideoStreamTheora
Built-in Ogg Theora video resource for .ogv files.
Use a VideoStreamTheora resource for a supported .ogv file and assign it to VideoStreamPlayer.Stream. It creates its own decoder and frame texture rather than acting as a universal MP4/H.264 player.
Current source implements duration and seeking; a seek at or beyond duration is ignored. Do not generalize one decoder’s limits or capabilities to every VideoStream implementation.
