Panel
Themed Control background without automatic child layout.
Draws the panel theme StyleBox at its own size. Panel is a Control rather than a Container: it does not arrange children or turn style ContentMargin into child padding or its own minimum. Use PanelContainer for a padded background with an automatically sized child area.
Default MouseFilter is Stop, so the background can intercept input. Configure MouseFilter deliberately for a decorative overlay. StyleBox transparency does not disable the filter. Rounded drawing also does not automatically create shaped hit areas or clip children.
