IAwaiter
Await contract without a result.
C# awaiter contract: IsCompleted, GetResult and OnCompleted inherited from INotifyCompletion. GetResult returns no value. This is an interface, not a task scheduler. Completion timing, errors, execution thread and repeated reads depend on the implementation. The SignalAwaiter uses the typed form with Variant[].
Declarations checked against C# SDK 1.0.0. Expand a name to see declarations and documentation.
Properties1
IsCompletedProperty
public abstract bool IsCompleted { get; }Completion state supplied by the implementation. C# checks it before registering a continuation. The interface itself does not define completion timing, cancellation or execution thread.
Methods1
GetResultvoid
public abstract void GetResult();Completes the await protocol without returning a value. The interface contains no implementation and does not promise success: the concrete awaiter determines error handling.
