HFlowContainer

Fills rows by width and wraps subsequent items into a new row. Orientation is fixed: do not assign Vertical or call SetVertical even with false. Resulting height depends on wrapped rows; wait for layout after width changes before reading GetLineCount. Use an outer ScrollContainer for a tall result.
